Provision Fee (Nursery and Kindergarten only)
There is a one-time fee of 5,000฿ for the first-time entry. This fee will be used to provide your child’s personal items throughout the school years such as; bed sheet, pillow case, blanket, towel, apron, mug, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cream, lotion, pajamas and sandals. This includes weekly washing and ironing services and repairing personal items of the students.
Security deposit – There is a 5,000฿ refundable deposit. This serves to protect the school in case the student violates the school rules or regulations that may cause loss or damage to the school property. It may be used to cover damages to the property such as; cleaning, key or tool replacement. This will be returned upon the withdrawal of a student from the school, providing all outstanding fees have been cleared. (Please note any damages exceeding 5,000฿ will be dealt with accordingly, depending on the incident).
Reservation deposit– To reserve a place for your child you may pay the reservation fee of 30,000฿ plus the admission fee 10,000฿. The reservation fee balance will be credited towards your school fee when paid in full. However, please be aware that this is a deposit and therefore is non-refundable, if you later decide against your decision of enrolment. Parents who do not wish to pay a deposit run the risk of not having a place for the coming academic year. Please note in case of a year group being full your child will be placed on a waiting list.
Resignation deposit – This is a 10,000฿ deposit payable on enrolment. This deposit is refundable if the resignation form is completed 1 term in advance, providing all outstanding fees have been cleared.
Late Payment Notice
Fees are payable within the first week of each term. The school reserves the right to withdraw your child’s place if payments have not been made. Reports and certificates may be withheld if fees are not received by the due date. Furthermore, late fees may apply in some cases and are at the school’s discretion.
Entrance Exams & Summer Camp
New students must take entrance exams prior to starting their studies with the school (subjects depend on the individual). These examinations are used for establishing entrance to the school and for year placement. The entrance procedures are designed to establish, to the best of our ability, those candidates who will be able to successfully access the curriculum that we offer and proceed through the academic programme with success. It is the school’s suitability for the individual applicant, rather than the applicant’s suitability for the school, which is paramount importance throughout the decision making process. Any students enrolling for the new academic year must attend the school’s summer camp in April. Fees for summer camp may vary.
Extra lessons will be held after school for those students in the mainstream system that, in the school’s judgment, requires additional academic support in areas such as English language, Mathematics or Science. There will be additional fees for these sessions, please contact the school reception for more details.

English and Thai support lesson fees are charged to those students who, in the school’s judgment, require extra English or Thai Language support as an additional to the school classroom curriculum. Please note students may only be taken off ESL or TSL support at the judgment of the head teacher and the director.
Lunch is compulsory for all students unless a valid medical certificate is provided to the school for dietary reasons such as nut allergies, gluten intolerance etc. Parents may choose to provide their child with a packed lunch from home or provide the school with alternative dietary plans (additional charges may apply).
The cost of all school activities is included in the tuition fees except for certain special activities requiring additional charges for equipment, instruction or testing.
ECA’s take care of the students’ different developmental needs such as their sense of moral values and attitudes, skills and creativity. Through their participation in ECA’s, students can learn to communicate and cooperate with others enriching their life experience. We offer football, swimming, mixed martial arts and arts & craft. All activities are conducted by fully qualified teachers who have vast amounts of experience in delivering these activities. If you are interested please see reception for more details (additional fees do apply for ECA’s).
All year groups have school trips organised during the school year. These include expeditions, cultural visits, sporting and outdoor pursuits and other community and learning trips. If appropriate, costs will be billed in advance as these trips take place.
Uniforms are compulsory and can be purchased from the school reception.
We offer a school bus service, however, the spaces are limited and are on a first come first serve basis. Some routes could possibly be cancelled if the minimum capacity to operate is not met. In the case of a cancellation, there will be a full refund. Please see the fees below:

The school has accident insurance for students which cover them up to 20,000฿ per scheduled visit and 200,000฿ for death or disability, caused by an accident during school hours or on school trips outside. All documentation is taken care of by the school and the policy can be used worldwide. Furthermore, please note for new students joining the school it is compulsory for them to obtain the school’s accident insurance, which is a yearly payment of 1,700฿. (Muang Thai Life Assurance)
